Policies:
- Your prices and yard size may be amended once our technician sees your yard at the beginning of the initial service. We will attempt to contact you in regards to the changes prior to cleaning. If we are unable to contact you within a timely manner, your clean up may be postponed depending upon the situation. This decision is at the discretion of Clean Pup Clean Up LLC.
- When starting a twice weekly, weekly, or bi-weekly subscription service with us, you will be charged an initial fee. This initial fee will be in place of your first visit fee, not on top of the first visit fee.
- While we would love to play a game of fetch in the backyard with your fur baby(s), for their safety we ask that they are not in the yard during our times of service. We will be entering and exiting through your yard's gate and want to prevent any chance of your dog going on an adventure alone. Also, we know not every dog may feel the need to protect their owner/yard from strangers, but some dogs may even if they have never shown aggression before. We want to prevent any unfortunate situations that could happen. So, while we would love to give your pup all the love, it's safest for them to be inside, or properly contained to an area we won't be servicing.
- To be able to service your yard, we need access. If your yard has a lock on it we ask that you remove it prior to the time of service. If it is a combination lock you are more than welcome to provide us with that combination to be entered into your secure online portal. We will always secure your gate following any service.
- While we aim to service you on the same day every week, life happens and so occasionally your service may be affected. We will notify you of any changes to our schedule, and will aim to resume service as usual next week.
- With our services, you will have the option to pause your clean ups. This can be done by call, text, email or directly through your Sweep & Go portal. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, but ask that at a minimum you pause your service at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled clean up.
- If you do not have an emergency service scheduled, but have a normal cleaning occurring prior to a planned event, please let us know via call, text, or email so we can note it in your account, that way if there are schedule changes needing to be made, we can mark you as a top priority to still receive service that day.
- We work rain or shine, so if you are expecting an upcoming service and worried it may be postponed or canceled, please do not hesitate to contact our office to clarify if you should still expect your technician. The main reason we would be unable to service your yard is if it is a direct safety hazard to our technicians. (close lightning, tornadoes, hail, or if there is ice preventing us from accessing the pet waste for removal.) If the weather is expected to change in a timely manner we will do our best to get back on schedule and update you with ETA updates.
- We are more than happy to service your yard regardless of grass height and other obstacles. However, this could prevent us from properly removing all pet waste that could be hidden by these obstacles. So, we recommend keeping your yard kept, to prevent pet waste from being left behind.
- Our deodorizer/sanitizer treatment is an add-on service in which deodorizer is applied to your yard after solid pet waste is removed. This will help disinfect any areas your dogs may have urinated or defecated in. This same solution is used to sanitize our tools and shoes in between each and every yard service.

Clean Pup Clean Up LLC reserves the right to all the following terms:We reserve the right to terminate service at any time. We are not responsible for any property damage, property loss, physical damage, or physical harm. If at any point we deem our partnership to be unsafe for either party we reserve the right to terminate service. If invoices are overdue by more than 60 days, we reserve the right to terminate service. If we feel you are taking advantage of any of our policies, we reserve the right to withhold certain aspects of our service. We reserve the right to change service descriptions and or price, if this occurs we will notify the client with adequate time to make proper arrangements. Given unforeseeable circumstances out of our control we will do our best to communicate with you the proper steps we will be taking to ensure your service gets done or you get credited the proper amount for missed services. Our top priority is to provide top notch service. While we understand this standard is dependent upon each individual person we will do our best to meet each individual person's satisfactory level. Please contact the office with any questions or concerns so that way we can attempt to rectify any issues that may arise. Promotions, discounts and coupons can not be combined with other promotions, discounts and coupons. If you have multiple you qualify for, we will use the one that is the most beneficial to you. Exact service dates and times are subject to change. If a client books recurring service, service will continue until canceled. While receiving recurring services with us we will charge your monthly fee on the same date every month. If this date does not work for you, or if you are needing it to be split into multiple payments monthly, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via call, text, or email to make other payment arrangements. Service can only be canceled in your client portal or writing (text, email, mail with physical letter with a wet signature.) Mail can be addressed to Clean Pup Clean Up LLC, at 6113 Emilie Lane, Killeen, Texas 76542. Texts can be sent to (512) 200-3299. Emails can be sent to info@cleanpupcleanupllc.com . Cancellation must be received at minimum 72 hours prior to the next invoice due date. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the client's subscription price at any time unless agreed to otherwise between Clean Pup Clean Up LLC and client. If there are changes in the monthly subscription price we will notify the client at minimum 7 days prior to said price change. Late fees may be charged to outstanding invoices that are overdue by 5 or more days at the discretion of Clean Pup Clean Up LLC. If you know you will not be able to pay your invoice by the set date please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss other arrangements. If your yard is not able to be serviced due to inaccessibility (dog(s) in the yard, gate locked, etc.), billing will continue as normal due to pet waste accumulation, unless otherwise agreed to between Clean Pup Clean Up LLC and client, and will be at the discretion of Clean Pup Clean Up LLC. If you would like to schedule a makeup service due to a missed appointment from inaccessibility, contact the office ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate that, but there may be a fee associated with this makeup service. If obstacles or grass height is preventing a proper cleaning, this would not be covered under our satisfaction guarantee recleaning. If a client would like to put a temporary pause on their account, proper payment adjustments will be made to the client's account. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, but ask that at a minimum you pause your service at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled clean up. When restarting services after a “pause”, an initial fee may be charged at the restart of services and will be at the discretion of Clean Pup Clean Up LLC. If for some reason we are unable to service due to weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control we will notify you as soon as we determine a delay in service. Depending on the circumstances, your account may be credited for missed services outside of our control. If for some reason we have an unsafe interaction with a pet that results in needing medical attention we are required to report it to the authorities and you may be contacted by authorities regarding this incident.
